    Just sharing... 

    Very bad news for Informix here in Brazil. 
    --
    One of the biggest ERP here decides to abandon Informix support for one of the most popular modules.
    As far I know, this company ERP born and reaches his success with 4GL/Informix and now begins to kill it in their products.
    I really want to know, where is IBM/HCL to support theses key companies to avoid that happen.
    For sure a great share of the market here just gone.

    IBM has too many customers, they can afford losing many customers, that's no big deal.

    MC Software , IBM Informix Partner in Brazil is working with IBM and Informix Customers to Help IBM´s  team on that too. We are on that some time already.  If you need more information, just let me know.
