    Hi All,

    We are on SAP BC server 4.6 (Standard Encryption) BC46_CoreFix7, BC46_TracingFix ,940 + CoreFix 7 [Fixes 1-205 + SP1-3]

when i’m sending an idoc from r/3 to BC…i’m getting below exception…

    2006-07-10 16:57:20 BST com.wm.app.b2b.server.AccessException: [B2BSERV.0084.9004] Access Denied
    at com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceManager.invoke(ServiceManager.java:685)
    at com.wm.app.b2b.server.ServiceManager.invoke(ServiceManager.java:473)
    at com.wm.app.b2b.server.Service.doInvoke(Service.java:495)
    at com.wm.app.b2b.server.Service.doInvoke(Service.java:392)
    at com.wm.pkg.sap.rfc.RFCApi.InboundProcess(RFCApi.java:53)
    at com.wm.pkg.sap.SAPTransactionManager.execute

during debugging from the results tab i ‘Restored the file locally’ and able to debug the whole service and it was successful in making a web service call to java hub …but when i’m sending idoc from R/3, i’m getting this exception with idoc being failed in SM58 (RFC Queues) …

    any pointers pls ?

    thanks

    Hi kasu

It looks like to me that the user who is running the required service doesn’t have enough privileges, could you check it and if the user is administrator is it in the Administrator, is it in the Administrator group and tell me something if your config file has been changed recently…

sorry for the delay Talha … scenario is sending idocs to bc…so i wouldn’t suspect this to be a user id authorization issue…could you further explain your views pls ?
