Hi, we used the SecureUpdate utility to get the license file onto the USB key. We got the "success" message.

We then wanted to use this USBkey on a different RD&T machine. When we try to start RDz UT (USB key in different machine than where we ran SecureUpdate), we get the following:

This is a quirk in the first implementation of the license server UIM server code. Please update to the latest version of the zPDT install and try this again. Alternatively, if you can't upgrade, use the --newserial option when you start the zPDT with awsstart.

Use the msgInfo command from any machine where zPDT is installed.

we'e the customer with the problem
we tried the several things including hostname and then rebooting
the --newserial option gave us this

So I think we need the latest update for zPDT
we've not had to download this before so where do I go?
