We had renewed the license and it was working properly last week. We had restarted the linux box and we started getting the above message.
Please suggest.

What version of RDz-UT are you using? Have you tried plugging/ unplugging the USB hardware key?

Please Suggest.

Verify that the light is on in the USB hardware key. If it is, do a token command from the linux command window. If the key is being recognized then you should gt a message describing the current license. If not, you have a problem with the license on the key. If the light is not on in the USB hardware key, you have a problem with your linux recognizing the hardware key.

It looks like usbdaemon is the problem.

Please suggest.

The messages below indicate a problem with the USB hardware token.

What release of RDz-UT or RD&T are you running? How did you update the license on your USB hardware key? z1090ver output indicates you are using a zPDT USB hardware token and an older version of the zPDT simulator.

We are using RDz-UT 8.0.3. We used SecureUpdateUtility program to update the license on our USB hardware key.

thanks for your help. i used root user id to load the usb daemon. now CPU obtained the license and system came up.
