Hi,

I’ve a partner submitting the documents to RI, which in turn is submitting the documents to internal IS. The documents are processing fine when I ‘Synchronously’ executes a service in processing rule.

If I make ‘Synchronous’ to ‘Asynchronous’ in the processing rule, We are getting the documents into our TN and they are processing fine. But the partner is receiving 403 http status and they are re-trying to their re-try limit of 3, but the processing on our IS is successful. And for every re-try from the partner, we are receiving the documents in our TN and the processing is getting duplicated.

Can someone help me in resolving this.

I got a response from webMethods that webMethods 7.1.0 doesn’t support http requests Asynchronously and recommended to upgrade to 7.1.2.
