    A number of  Case Manager IBM on-line courses are available with hands on exercises/labs which you may find useful.  The most recent ones apply to Case Manager 5.3.1, but these are likely to also be helpful for version 5.2.

    Hi.

    ICM 5.2 was released over 8 years ago. It was updated to ICM 5.3.x (with ICM 5.3.3 being the end of the ICM line) before it was combined with IBM BPM to create its successor, IBM Business Automation Workflow in 2018 which can upgrade existing solutions from both ICM and BPM onto the current code line.

    The underlying FileNet content components have also been upgraded many times as well since the version ICM 5.2 was released with/on.

    Sounds like an upgrade is in order.

    Yes I work on IBM Business Automation Workflow without problem I had a modification to make for a client on this version 5.2 that's why I'm looking for courses for this version.
