I'd like to know what the reasoning from IBM was to allow
only Administrators to set up and manage Applications and Plans? Surely this should be a function of the
Analyst (be it in a controlled manner)? Currently the process and management of the Apps and Plans would all funnel through a select few? Obviously - one wouldn't want to give Admin rights to everyone that needed to manage a business related function of the system.
Do IBM have plans to expand permission for Apps and Plans management to Analysts? Also - just as a side note - what was the thinking of having one icon on the Home screen for plans and a different one in the lists, seems a little inconsistent - or did a different team build it?
