  • 1.  Apple Business Manager VPP Apps not showing in customer's Application Catalogue in their MaaS dashboard

    I have successfully added 2 apps from the Apple App Store in the customer's Apple Business Manager/VPP account.  The account shows an ample inventory of VPP codes.  However these apps are not showing in the App Catalogue in the customer's MaaS360 dashboard. I have updated the token and ensured the DEP token is up to date and refreshed.  Still no luck.

     

    Any ideas?

    I had a similar thing happen a few weeks ago. It took hours to show up.

    We had the same thing and our VPP showed that it hadn't updated since 7/30/20 (prior to that it was 7/14/20 when I updated the token for the new year). I disabled the token and added a new token. This updated and re-synchronized all token data, BUT, any new VPP licenses I purchased took almost an hour to update. IBM said that it could be due to the synchronization cycle of the previous VPP licenses being re-synchronized since I had re-added the token as a new token.

    Thanks Alex.  IBM Support advised me to do the same thing and I am waiting to see the outcome.  Pretty weird because other customers do not have this issue.

    Disabling the VPP Token and adding a new one resolved the issues.  I would like to know why this happened but no one at MaaS is sharing the reason with me.
