is there a way to open another app from MD (like a link)? I heard something like to call an APP-URL.

You can use the platformRequest capability from J2ME with a crafted URL for it to work. On most platforms this just supports http/https (to launch a browser) or tel (to launch the phone dialer) but on some platforms like ios you can launch other apps if you know their prefix e.g. fb://profile/… for Facebook
