Ansible 2.9.15 required by latest ansible-power-aix collection

    The latest IBM ansible-power-aix collection requires ansible 2.9.15 but I'm only finding 2.9.14 in the repos.

    Hi Matthew !
    The requirement for the collection is updated to 2.9.15 because Red Hat automation Hub no more supports any lesser version. However, there is no compatibility issue and you can install and use 2.9.14 as well. We will update the ansible in toolbox.
