    ​Hello Group!

    Did someone have a solution for us to avoid a WIPE on an Android Enterprise DO Samsung device if we run a MaaS360 remove Control or a local remove Control on the MaaS360 App? Because if MaaS360 have troubles on the phone we want to have a possibility to remove MaaS360 without loosing all the Data because of the WIPE.

    Any idea?

    Hi Walter

    DO is really meant for organizationally owned assets, so when control is removed from MaaS360 it will trigger a full device wipe in every scenario.  If these are BYOD devices that people keep with them after they leave, I suggest enrolling them as PO.  You may also raise an RFE to see what options are available in the future as far as more granular control for DO.
