    I had a working setup till a few days ago when I went to remove a user from one of the rules alert notification list. I noticed instead of seeing all users “ERROR retrieving available users”.

    The alerts are still coming to all those who were defined but now can’t make any change to the list. I have AD integrated in the portal. And all users listed are actually AD users. AD users can logon without any issues.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Do you see any errors in your MWS or Analytic Engine logs?
