    I would like to ask for the package gettext-0.21-1.ppc is available in this version media 7.2. 

    Please let me know if there is any guys to know that.

    It's not on the AIX 7.2 media, and given that gettext is GPLv3, it's highly unlikely it will ever be.

    That is an RPM package and it's available on the AIX Linux Toolbox web site: https://public.dhe.ibm.com/aix/freeSoftware/aixtoolbox/RPMS/ppc/gettext/gettext-0.21-1.aix7.1.ppc.rpm
    Most likely it has dependencies, which in turn have their own dependencies so the best is to set up yum/dnf as per the Get Started page if your AIX machine has internet access.
