    Exact error is :- telnet: All network sessions in use.

    SOme details about system:
    Max no of users: 32767 ( smit chlicense)
    1. uptime
    11:47AM up 54 days, 2:45, 469 users, load average: 3.95, 4.02, 4.72

    you are going to want to change ATTnum attribute:
    chdev -l pty0 -a ATTnum=<num_of_pyts>
