Agent Deleted Computer remove from ILMT

    hi,

    I got all of my BigFix agents uninstalled 2 times by accident and now all of them were reinstalled and are reporting properly. But in the 'Software Classification' I can still see the computers with a different computer ID (computer ID before the agent uninstallation) and on the 'Computer Name' column it says 'this agent was deleted'. Is there any was I can remove them? And I did remove them from the database from the IEM Console.

    Hello,

    All computers will show on the software classification that were active any time during the reporting period. You can adjust your reporting period to see what is current by doing the following.

    >>reports >>>software classification

    >>> configure >> configure view >> (on the top right)

    >>> change the reporting range to 1 instead of 90 (or ever how many days since you removed the agents)

    Hi sclarke1,

    Thanks a lot for the response. And yes I' am able to see the see the computers which are reporting now after changing the reporting range.

    But when I go to 'Reports ---> Overview ---> IBM Software Classification (Pending), I still see the old computers with old data source IDs with a RED cross on the side of the 'Computer Name' and says 'this agent was deleted'.
