i used the mkvdev command to mapping  the vios's cd0 to the vio client ,.the result like that :

after intalled the bos ,i restart the vio client .then i can't use the cd0 ,the status become "define"

i use the command cfgmgr -l cd0 .

# cfgmgr -l cd0
cfgmgr: 0514-604 Cannot access the CuDv object class in the
        device configuration database.
# cfgmgr
Method error (/usr/lib/methods/cfgefscsi -l fscsi1 ):
        0514-061 Cannot find a child device.
Method error (/usr/lib/methods/cfg_vclient -l vscsi1 ):
        0514-040 Error initializing a device into the kernel.

what should i do ??
