    There is no shortage of education offerings for aspiring data scientists. From MOOCs, to bootcamps to college classes, there many are options choose from. The same isn't true for practicing data scientists. 
    What additional skills are needed to be successful in large enterprises? How does a company validate data science skills? IBM launched recently the AI Workflow Certification program (for details go here ), and Ana Echeverri, Director and principal leader for AI Skills Learning and Certification, will be leading a webcast on November 21st  to discuss the need for deep data science skills.
