Adapting a Gitflow development workflow to ITX's binary maps and type trees

  • 1.  Adapting a Gitflow development workflow to ITX's binary maps and type trees

    Hi!

I've got some feature requests for ITX v 11. Now those wishes aren't likely to be fulfilled any time soon, so I thought I'd drop some questions in the community:

Has anyone been able to adapt a Gitflow workflow (ie. merging feature branches into development, and so on) to work with ITX?

ITX maps and TT's are binaries, of course, and therefore cannot be easily merged by Git. But perhaps someone has implemented a workable Git flow that entails some line-based source document for those maps and type trees, and some means of easily (and preferably automatically) converting between source document and final TT/MMS?

If so, I'd very much like to know more; ITX has me stumped...

    Thanks!

    Regards,

    Nout
