Active transfer - Virtual Folders

    *Product/components used and version/fix level: *

    webMethods 10.15 - free trail - windows installation

    *Detailed explanation of the problem: *

    1. Iam unable to upload files to virtual folders (without physical location) created in active transfer 10.3.

    error message: Copying files to remote side failed.
    Access not allowed.wmuser tried to violate upload priviledges.

    1. Also, Iam not able to select virtual folders under partner profiles.

    *Questions? *

    This is working fine with remote server location or local location.
    Permissions for local folder and virtual folders, both are same in Active transfer portal.
    Are there any additional/extended settings required for using Virtual folders?

    Hello Sandeep,
    It seems like your user doesn’t have permissions to upload files.
    I see in your screenshot that your virtual folders are associated with a partner. Make sure that your user is associated with the partner and that it has permission to upload.
