    I have an activation key and SPSS was purchased by my university on my behalf. I have downloaded it several times and each time I am unable to get past the licensing wizard.

    Dear SPSS user,

     

    due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, authorization code, email address, etc...  need to be handled through the SPSS Licensing support page:

    https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/topic/0TO500000001xvJGAQ/spss-licensing

    Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) so that we can immediately process your request.
