Hi,

I am a student and has SPSS License Code provided from my university. My problem is ;

-my lservc showed only " "

-I can't open the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 License Authorization Wizard. I searched for this problem and tried some of the solutions like;

• Running the License Authorization Wizard as an administrator,
• Uninstall the Spss and re-install it as an administrator

So, I couldn't solve it. Really need your guide. Thank you

You need to open a ticket with below procedure. On the ticket you need to provide your 20 digit authorization code and the lock code of your machine so that the license code can be generated manually.

You need to run echoid.exe on SPSS 26 installation directory as administrator to find out the locking code. (right click on echoid.exe and select 'run as administrator'
