Recently, I was told I needed to renew my AI account (which I have had since starting grad school 4 years ago or so).  This has never been a problem. When I did, I got a reply saying they could not verify my website as being associated with the university (even though it is on the university domain) and they wanted some other place on the website with my name, I provided one and got the same answer.  

I have gotten no (informative) replies from AI help personnel, I have gotten one email back that was the same information they had already told me.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a new process I don't know about? If you have renewed successfully, would you mind sharing the link you used?

I am afraid that if something happened to my installation I would be out of luck, I am about 8 months from finishing my PhD and many of the experiments  that still need to run rely on CPLEX (as do many of the already published papers I have that may need to be verified if asked)

Dan, we checked with the AI team and they will get back to you via email.  They had developed a backlog and are still working through it.
