    We have concurrent users license pack of Statistics Base 17 & Statistics Base 14

    The licensing server is being changed and we need a new activate authorization code.

    how should I do ?

    due to privacy issues, SPSS Licensing requests which require exchange of confidential information such as IBM Customer Number, authorization code, email address, etc...  need to be handled through the SPSS Licensing support page:

    https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/s/topic/0TO500000001xvJGAQ/spss-licensing

    Use the blue button called “Open a case to get help with SPSS License issues” to open a case. Include all required information (e.g. authorization code, lock-code, product version, ...) so that we can immediately process your request.
