Unfortunately, I don't have a 10.6.0.4 VMWare appliance. I have access to a 10.6.0.7, and a 10.6.4.0 CD (albeit Docker), neither of which have this issue.
If you don't want to jump to 10.6.0.7, you may just increment versions until you find the one where it is fixed, but I can only say you'll be fine at 10.6.0.7.

Yes the options are available, but not set.
I mean, the AAA is configured and complete when I look in Web GUI but when I look in New UI nothing is configured.
As in Authentication, a file i set for Custom template in Web GUI, nothing shows up in New UI.

Details as in options based upon the method selection? That is, when you use the Method(s) dropdown, does it not give you the proper options, are when you select the method, the options needed to complete the configuration of that method type are not available?
