    Hello all,

    I have connected my MWS to an external LDAP.

    I can see the groups and I can see the users.

    However, when I try to list the users within a group from MWS, I get an error message:

    A “netscape.ldap.LDAPException” occurred with the Message “Failed to send request”

    I have attached a screenshot with the error.

    Does anyone have a solution for this issue?
