    Hello I have the problem related to the cache persisted on the disk, when trying to give a cache.put is returning the error “RestartStore is not ready for mutations” So how can I solve this problem and how to restore the cache with the file in the CacheStore

    @Hermes_Silva, can you provide your Cache/ Cache manager configuration ?
    Is it local Cache or distributed cache?

    Since you have not informed the version and setup ? I try to guess only . It seems local cache ( .frs) files either deleted or not found by Cache Manager

    Can you check webMethods//profiles/IS_default/cachedata/ folder and
    take the back up of the data.
    delete the data folder and restart the IS. ( If its not PROD)
