  • 1.  3A6 PIP problem

    Hi All:

    We faced a problem with the 3A6 PIP, when we send the “Send External Request Document”, nine records stay on “Started” status and do not received the ack back from our partner. This cause that more than 100 records stuck on the model.

    Any of you are facing this problem? and what do you did to solve the issue in case of this is an issue?
