I do have a huge dataset that I need to analyze (approx. 10,000 data fields) on an external SSD that I am trying to run on my Desktop (
9th Generation Intel Core i7-9 700, 8-Core, 12MB Cache, 3.0GH z to 4.7GHz, 65W 16GB DDR4). For some reason, it takes over 10mins to run basic scripts and queries, and sometimes the whole software does crash entirely. I have ran similar datasets on the same computer both locally and from my online OneDrive account and had no issues. Due to the confidentiality of the dataset, I am running the scripts without an internet connection and cannot transfer the data off the hard drive locally to my computer. Does anyone have an idea on why the decrease in performance and how to resolve the issue?------------------------------
