How to stop an OPL model run after an elapsed time without improving the solution?

    Hi everyone,

Is there any quick way to stop an OPL model run and perform the post processing if the solution (objective value) is not improved after X minutes?

I could find a way that uses  OPL scripting, but I am looking for some quick script that was successfully used.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

in a main (flow control) as you wrote you could do that.

But you could log a wish for a new parameter  at https://ibm-data-and-ai.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/search?query=cplex

    regards
