    hello,

    I'm using Datastage 11.7 to get data from an Oracle database 19c, by Oracle connector stage. on the server property there is a button that displys list of oracle  services but it shows an error. Ihave configured the oracle_hole and tns_admin variables but still get the error.

    1. Check whether you have defined the ORACLE_HOME path in $DSHOME/dsenv which set the path of oracle tns for dsadm account

    Solved.

    1. Set the ORacle_HOME variable
    2. Add bin folder to the path variable
    3. Restart the server
