Looks like it is still this way today.
I am using it as a target and I tested it as a source and saw no option like for a generic jdbc

Hi Team. We are finally able to connect to Cassandra from DataStage in our Project. We have some small issue left on our extract, we have no idea where to put a user defined query to filter out some records. Right now the properties only seems to be asking for the table. Is there an option where we can add where clause on clause or any user defined query on this Cassandra Connector extract?
