    Good morning,

    I have installed Optim and testing the "extract" and "convert" services in an automated way using the CMDLINE I get the error "Error populating the XML content into the Audit tables in the Optim directory". This error occurs the first time I run the script to run the services in an automated way, when I run again this same script the error messages do not appear again.

    If I run these same services manually, executing them one by one through the Optim executable, no error message appears.

    Do you know what could be happening?

    I finally managed to fix the error by performing a successful update of the iFixes corresponding to the latest released version.
