Meredith Stowell is the Vice President of Ecosystem for IBM zSystems helping to build skills and a strong community of partners. She works with clients, universities, students, professional developers and partners around the world to build critical IT skills needed in the marketplace by IBM and the broader ecosystem. She leads ISV and System Integrator programs and partners to build a vibrant ecosystem of solutions supported on the IBM zSystems and LinuxONE platforms. Meredith has worked with a broad range of IBM software solutions with a strong background in the analytics field where she has worked as a business analyst, enterprise implementation consultant, program manager and leader for Business Analytics technical and sales enablement.

As a Distinguished Strategic Client Architect in integration technologies, Patrick Ikhifa works with customers and prospects across the spectrum from crafting strategy and roadmaps to designing and developing architectures that allow multiple systems to work efficiently, seamlessly and in harmony across the enterprise.

As a trusted adviser to the "C" suite for IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives, he helps them craft the way forward in their journeys by bringing the value of an integration platform and technology to bear on their objectives. Helping them understand the mantra of why change, why Mulesoft, why now with our proven business planning and performance management process methodology of vision, values, methods, obstacles and measures.

Prior to his current role at MuleSoft, Patrick served as a Senior Vice President at Bank of America with 20 years of experience leading technology and engineering solutions.

Adam Bataran is Vice President of Strategic Partnerships with IBM's Ecosystem team. His responsibilities include leadership of the global Salesforce relationship across all IBM brands. Previously, Adam led the GTM function for Salesforce consultancy, Bluewolf, which was acquired by IBM in 2016.

With over 20 years focused on the Salesforce ecosystem, Adam's career spans consulting Fortune 100 clients on digital transformation, leading Salesforce implementation on the client side and building technology partnerships.

As an adoptive father himself, Adam is passionate about child adoption advocacy and partners with National Council for Adoption based in Washington, D.C. Adam holds a degree in Business Administration in Management from UMASS Amherst.
