    Howdy
    Correct link is: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/psfa/7.2.1?topic=procedures-powering-off-puredata-system-analytics-n200x-system
Before you decomission Netezza appliance make sure data has been securely erased. If it hasn't been done already - contact us @ https://smart-associates.biz/company/contact.php
N2001 doesn't have SED capbility so simple "drop data" (databases, users, groups and all rest of ACL) would not work and data can be recovered (can be done).
If you already succesfully erased all data you need to shutdown SPA's (blades and disks).
Best to keep hosts online (those doesn't drain much power as mostly are idle ~ 100W ) untill moving out from DC to proove for customer that all is erased.

Ok - so you might have HA1 malfunctioning.... First of all: make sure hosts rescue wheels are available (IMMs)
If you don't have access to IMM: ask somebody in DC to configure it for you. https://www.ibm.com/docs/pt-br/i/7.1?topic=ssw_ibm_i_71/rzahq/configimm.html
Skip DNS, NTP, LDAP etc... IP, netmask and gateway are sufficient. Make sure no firewall is blocking your traffic to IMM and also preferably use Windows with IE (or EDGE in IE mode): you can have old FW on host .
Once you have IMM working: go to remote console and check what is actual error (press ESC on RHEL boot logo).
