    Docker Desktop for Windows; pulled Db2 11.5.8 image.
    Instance creation appears to be successful; db2start is failing with System Error. Any thoughts?

    Newer Docker for Windows image and carefully crafted envlist.txt solved this issue.

    Read my entry: newer Docker for Windows image - I installed newer Docker for Windows from https://www.docker.com; I pulled Db2 image from icr.io/db2_community/db2:
