Hello, a customer who is using DSM for DB2 FOR Z/OS type connection, but failed to do "EXPLAIN" for SQL tuning. Is it the limitation of DSM Base Edition? Or, is it related to configuration issue?
BTW, based on the doc -
https://community.ibm.com/HigherLogic/System/DownloadDocumentFile.ashx?DocumentFileKey=31aa3d11-a951-ccb0-264b-13bf21b469f1&forceDialog=0
, I saw "Visualize access plan (EXPLAIN)" is supported in base edition, but not able to do tuning operation related to "Manage performance". So, my understanding for the customer problem maybe related to the limitation of Base Edition.
Do need kindly advice. Thanks!
