Hello Mai,
By default, DMC starts deleting data after 24 hours after the restart.
If it has been more than 24 hours, and you still see the old data, you can use the script described in the DMC manual at:
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/db2-data-mgr-console/3.1.x?topic=support-deleting-expired-monitor-data
To convert the timestamp, my recommendation is to use the instructions from DMC manual at:
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/db2-data-mgr-console/3.1.x?topic=support-changing-date-format-in-excel-reports
I hope that helps!

Subject: Data Management Console - pruning
Hi,
We have DMC 3.1.11 on Linux monitoring 200+ DB2 LUW databases with different monitoring profiles.
Due to the large amount of monitoring data generated by DMC, we've reduced the retention periods of several monitoring profiles. Just wondering if the changes take effect immediately and how often the pruning process runs. Is there any way to manually delete the old data from the repository database?
Regards
Mai Vo
