We're in a hybrid environment with an on-prem instance of Db2 with the following specs:
DB2 z/OS
Version: 12.1
We'd like to be able to connect to our on-prem instance of DB2 from AWS (though an ECS task running a Docker container), execute queries and then turn around and persist the results to S3.
I am new to DB2, but I did see this post and made me wonder, would this be a good way of going about what I'm trying to do? We're not necessarily tied to .Net as we have plenty of Python and some Java devs as well. Just so long as we can deploy the code using containers (Linux would most likely be used).
