Unable to get email notifications after file transfer

    Hello all,

    we have configured IBM sterling filegateway for file transfers using SFTP protocol, we have subscribed to the event codes in myfilegateway and filegateway
    but we are unable to get email notifications after file transfer and failure.

    could any one suggest the quick solution
