Hi Matthew!
Welcome to the group!  I am a long time user of the ITX product in all it past forms and versions since 1999.  I also used to teach a Fundamentals class as a side gig for a little integration consulting business.  I do recommend taking a fundamentals type course or at least go through the tutorials included with the product and subscribe to Paul Brett's YouTube channel.

He will post here when new content is up.  You can also follow Stephanie and Paul Brett on LinkedIn to be notified of new tutorial and helpful videos on new or existing functionality in the product. 

Reading what others have posted and the solutions/suggestions is also a great way to learn. 

Official documentation can be found at https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/ste/11.0.0 for the latest version.  You can adjust the version to whichever version you or your company has installed. 

HCL (the support branch where Stephanie and many others work) also has their own library of this documentation (although I don't have it bookmarked) - and sometimes it is MORE helpful that the standard documentation because they have added (in some cases) a bit more detail or sample scenarios.

Hi Matthew, 

I'm Ana. My team will also start using ITX, so I'm a newbie right here. I've been searching info about ITX, fortunately I was able to found the doc, so I could follow the installation prerequisites but now I'm struggling to find the ITX software package. I received the links to download it from Fix Central or Passport Advantage, but I'm not pretty sure if it's needed to pay a license or something related. 

I also asked someone else to see the installation guide. So let's see how can I progress on this new project.
