Seems strange that a user does not have an application ID, but they are authorized to scrape log files in the system.
Best practiced alternative that will pass on audit is to use the user exits in the product and modify the process to create entries into a custom log file the required user(s) would have access to or push it the the system that is collecting the logs files if applicable.

Subject: Is there any SFG log file with Arrived and delivered file names captured
Thank you Kishore. Our requirement was to set alerts for users if the file transmission was success or not. Users doesn't have access to Admin dash board but they can access our logs. So they plan to use some tool to scrape the logs and setup some alerts.
I haven't explore Control Center yet, but it may be option to consider.
Thanks

Hi Srini,
Do you plan to do any log scraping on the logs files? If so, I don't think it is wise to depend on the log files for your requirements.
The best is to rely on the filegateway reports on the filegateway admin GUI.

Subject: Is there any SFG log file with Arrived and delivered file names captured
Team,
Is there any specific log file(s) that can give me partner's Arrived and delivered file names? I can get this info by query on 'FG_ARRIVEDFILE' or FG_DELIVERY. Also I have seen sftp_server.log capturing only SFTP transmitted file names.
My ask is any single log file with producer and consumer file names in same log?
-Thanks
