FileNet Connector - differece in manage fields

    I have tested with 10 documents stored in FileNet. When I create a collection with FileNet connector, I see list of fields in "Manage Fields" very different than "Manage Fields" with a collection where I upload same 10 documents manually.

    Any idea as why we have difference in manage fields with same documents?
