    Hello There

After completing this training and Certification, what are the roles can an IBMer shift into? Is this certification completely enough to land into a cloud based role?

Is it open for IBMers who are currently in both Technical and Non-technical roles?

    Hi Deepak,

    Thanks for your great questions!

By completing this training and going on to pass the exam to gain the IBM Cloud Technical Advocate certification, you are demonstrating that you have a level of verified cloud knowledge. This means that a) having this certification on your IBM profile allows your details to be returned when projects are actively searching for people with solid cloud knowledge and b) you can use the certification to support your own application to cloud-based roles that you find. While having the certification is not a 100% guarantee that you'll immediately land a cloud-based role, it will certainly help you.

And yes, this Study Jam and completing the certification is open to anyone, whether you have a technical background or not. However, if you have no previous cloud experience, then I'd recommend you take a look at IBM Cloud Advocate first.

Hope that helps and I look forward to seeing you at the Jam next week!

    kind regards

    James

For reference, these are the Q&A questions that you posed during Day1 of the Jam...

    Question

    Answer

Where can I find Frequently Asked Questions?

ICCT certification FAQs are here: https://ibm.biz/ICCT-Cert-FAQs

It is IBM Cloud Technical Advocate

What if I have questions after the event?

Post questions and find Q&As on our IBM Community Discussion board: • Technical Advocate Community thread: https://community.ibm.com/community/user/cloud/discussion/study-jam-discussion-for-ibm-cloud-technical-advocate-2022#bm51445a85-6071-4988-9917-e21f652b7a41

Do we have any prerequesties ?

You are welcome to take IBM Cloud Advocate if you would like more background, but there are no prerequisites. Find the IBM Cloud Advocate (and all our training) can be found at: https://www.ibm.com/training/cloud/jobroles

Hi. There are no prerequisites. However, having a technical background or having completed Cloud Advocate as Millie has said is helpful.

Do we get a help on this by getting a right mentor who can assist through this training?

Hi Vinay, we'll talk later about the IBM Community - you can join that and use it to post questions that our experts wil see and answer - you can start a discussion from there.

Does this study jam can replace the IBM Cloud Technical Advocate learning plan?

No - this covers the content at speed. You should also study the material at ibm.com/training/cloud to make sure you have the best chance of passing the exam

Can we get any dummy account for learning and testing?

If you check out the content at ibm.com/training/cloud, there are several labs available. All will require you to have an IBM Cloud account but they either use free services or where they are paid-for services, you will do those in an IBM-owned environment

could you also explain the difference in certification prepration between IBM Advocate and IBM Technical Advocate for those who alrady certified as Cloud Advocate

The preparation is similar. For Cloud Technical Advocate, we offer this jam, an online curriculum (courses), study prep material, and quizzes. We recommend that you take advantage of these offerings before you take the exam.

The cost of the exam is $200 but it may be able to be reimbursed so check with your people manager on the on the policy for your organization. You can take the exam in person at a testing center or virtually.

what is the difference in this study jam compared to the IBM CLoud Advocate

Cloud Advocate is for beginners to Cloud. Cloud Technical Advocate assumes you have complated Cloud Advocate or have a technical background.

The jams and preparation are similar and Technical Advocate builds on (is a next step up) from Cloud Advocate.

What is cost of certification exam? Is it virtual exam or need to physically go into testing center?

The fee to take the certification exam one time is either $100 USD or $200 USD, depending upon your country. To find the cost in your country: •Go to the certification page: https://www.ibm.com/training/certification/C0002202 •Select the Country down arrow in the Price per exam section and select your country.

You have the option of taking the exam either at a PearsonVuew test center or at a location of your choice.

You have both options to take your certification exam. In person at a testing center or virtually at your specified location.

Will there be questions on other case studies than two indlided in learning plan; AA and Rotterdam?

No, we only ask questions based on the content that is available in the Cloud Technilca Advocate course at ibm.com/trainin/cloud

What is difference between scalability and flexibility?

Well, scaling is really a type of flexibility – scaling is the ability to increase or decrease the amount of resources you have provisioned, based on the load placed on your service. For example, during peaks, you might scale up or out and increase the number or servers or capacity in your servers to cope. When that peak drops again, you scale back by reducing the number of servers you have or their capacity.

Looks like you have to fill out the exam registration form to get to the pricing? Is there a place I can just see the exam pricing without having to fill out the registration form?

The fee to take the certification exam one time iseither $100 USD or $200 USD, depending upon yourcountry. To find the cost inyour country:•Go tothe certification page:https://www.ibm.com/training/certification/C0002202•Select the Countrydown arrow in the Price per examsection and select your country.

The cost for the Technical Advocate exam in the US is $200

    Does CaaS still used?

We don't talk about Containers as a Service in this course - in general, this fits into the Platform as a Service category

What are the SAAS Services Provided by IBM Cloud ?

Too many to list here :) Perhaps I try and answer this in an 'after hours' video!

What are the PAAS Services Provided by IBM Cloud ?

And the same here - to many to list here, so let's look at those later

What are the IAAS Services Provided by IBM Cloud ?

Here, we're talking about Classic infrastructure, VPC, etc.... we'll cover this more fully in an 'after hours' video

Is DBaaS, a SaaS or PaaS?

    That tends to be PaaS

so far all of the material is the exactly the same as what i studied for the IBM CLoud Advocate Exam

There is a close cross-over in the early part of the course - the latter bits get into more technical detail than the Cloud Advocate course

Do the study materials include a glossary or acronyms list for our reference? Will the questions on the exam use acronyms?

Yes, the study materials do spell out any acronyms. The exam questions have a bit of a mix - so you wil be expected to know what IaaS, PaaS, SaaS stand for, for example

Why not we are lisiing VM Ware solution as Core IBM Cloud ?

Mainly because this is an advocate level course. It's an important service within IBM Cloud and it features later on in the course.

    What is HIPAA?

HIPAA is a compliance standard related to the US Healthcare industry

"HIPAA is a legislation for sensitive health/patient data protection and is applicable only in the United States, for health organizations. ISO 27001 is a standard for information security management and is applicable internationally, in any industry."

Does IBM Cloud provides such compliences within Europe and EU Law?

Yes, we also have compliances with standards in Europe - such as GDPR

where can I get more information about the VPC, please do share if any course on VPC is available too

You can go to cloud docs (cloud.ibm.com/docs) to find out more information on VPC - we also have a few VPC labs in the on-line learning course that you can try

    Hi James, a quick question

Are there any specific IBM Cloud certification for Compliance practitioners?

We have a Cloud Secuirty Engineer certification exam - this will cover things like compliance. There's a Jam for this next week!

Is there a way we can print flash cards?

You can download study materials via the ICCT webste - ibm.com/training/cloud - there are flash cards available there :)

So IBM cloud has 99.999% availability, which implies <5 minutes delay in 1 year. How this calculation is happeining or in other words how to convert the availability percentage to maximum outage limit ?

So this is based on running services across more than one multi-zone regions. A multi-zone region alone has a 99.99% availability and of course, you need to build your application to take advantage of that.

You will need a global load balancer to balance load across regions - so you might have 2 VPCs, each running in one multi-zone region - these can individually balance across the zones in it's region but using a Global LB, you can load across the two regions

Certification cost not free for IBMers ?

If you are an IBMer, you can normally claim the cost of the exam back through the expenses process - check with your manager first, though

Does the cert exam cover topics related to IBM Certificate Manager? i ask because IBM Certificate Manager was deprecated earlier this year in favor of IBM Secrets Manager.

Hi Scott, we try to make sure that questions related to depricated services are removed from the learning and exam but in some cases, it can take a little time to filter through. If the topic is in the learning at cloud.ibm.com/training/cloud, then there may be a question on it but this exam will not expect you to know such a service in detail

do we have any certifications path for certain role like developer, admin at IBM cloud?

We certainly do - we have Architect, Developer and Site Reliability Engineer

check out ibm.com/training/cloud for more info

Code Anywhere is also a Service ? I could not find in catalog though.

No - that's not a named IBM Cloud service - it really refers to the fact that you can code from anywhere, place it into a Git repository or similar and then run it on the IBM Cloud, straight from the repo, using a service like Code Engine, for example

    Will we see any practival/Lab?

Not on the sessions this week, - though I may record some 'after hours' sessions which could show a lab, if there's something in particluar you are interested in. The courseware also has hands-on labs available for you to try - so check out ibm.com/training/cloud for the full course and the labs

what is the difference between cloud advocate and technical advocate?

Cloud Advocate is for beginners to Cloud. Cloud Technical Advocate assumes you have complated Cloud Advocate or have a technical background.

The cloud advocate exam is for people that tend to be in non-technical roles and / or are startng out with cloud computing, without any previous experience. The Technical Advocate exam builds on that but goes into more technical detail on services - it will help you provide the glue between technical and non-technical roles in the workplace by understanding the key concepts and some technical detail to implement solutions

what is the meaning of seperates compute and storage functionality in apache hadoop

So here, the Analytics Engine service provides both compute and storage but they don't come from the same physical machine - they are separated out, which makes the service more efficient and cost effective

What is Power Sys VM ?

These are virtual machines that run on IBM's Power chipset. They support the AIX, IBM I and Power Linux operating systems.

Suppose I need some VM, then how will get to know which VM to select from Vast Variety of VM ?

Well, yes, it does depend on the use case. We give details of use cases in the docs which help - but experience also comes in to play too

    What is IOPS ?

Input Output Operations Per Second - relates to disk speed

Which of the the VM ware solution allows a lift and shift of VM from on Prem to IBM Cloud ?

You can use HCX for this.

    Posted Fri September 23, 2022 03:45 AM
And these are the Q&A Questions posted during Day 2 of the Jam....

    Question

    Answer

Is it required to have taken the IBM Cloud Advocate training first before taking the IBM Cloud Technical Advocate?

    No, it is not required.

Hi, i am a business analyst so this cloud technical advocate course/certification is aligned with my career path?

Hi Rizwan, yes. As a Business Analyst, the IBM Cloud Technical Advocate learning path and certification aligns with your career path.

Anyone happen to know if IBM Cloud allows me to stand up a virtual server on a LinuxONE mainframe hypervisor? (I acknowledge this is not a certification question.)

You sure can! Our Hyper Protect Virtual Server does this... https://cloud.ibm.com/catalog/services/hyper-protect-virtual-server#about

What is AIX and IBM i ? Are these two different things ?

Yes, these are two operating systems that run on IBM Power chips. AIX is a UNIX variant and IBM i is a mainframe OS

What's the link to enroll for exam? Thanks

    https://www.ibm.com/training/certification/C0002202#exam

Why one need skytap for migration? If these two are different software component.

Skytap basically gives you a managed service which allows you to more easily migrate your AIX and IBM i workloads to the cloud. You could migrate via the Power Systems VS services but this is a 'do it yourself' option. What Skytap provides is a managed option which is simpler, especially if you have a large estate to move

@James - What is teh difference between IBM Private Cloud in ON-Prem OR Ibm Cloud Satellite

OK, so IBM Cloud Private is a full stack of hardware that we provide and manage in your data center. IBM Cloud Satellite is a stack of hardware that the customer provides, which can then be turned into a Satellite location, managed from IBM Cloud to run IBM Cloud services. This means you can build a satellite instance where you need it - in your DC, someone else's DC or even in another Public Cloud... all you need is enough hardware, running RHEL 7/8 and a connection to IBM Cloud

What is managed services mean wrt skytap ?

So Skytap build, run and manage hardware for you to run your AIX / IBM i workloads on. They will also help you migrate those workloads into the enviroment.

Should we expect quesdtions about IBM storage offering tiering options? By that, I mean IOPS Tiers choices?

You will need to understand the concept of IOPS and the fact that there are different teirs but we don't expect you to list out the different tiers.

When I migrate an existing workload, can I retain the ip of the server in the cloud environment?

If you have a public IP address, then there are some circumstances where you can transfer those to IBM Cloud - this really only applies to Classic Infrastructure. If you are talking about Private IP addresses, then yes, you can bring your own private IP address ranges to IBM Cloud - there are one or two that might be reserved in the Classic environment but not in VPC - you just need to make sure your ranges don't overlap.

So veeam and Zert both for Backup. How to decide which one to use and when ?

Good question. Veeam is really great for backups, it's what it's built for. So if all you want to do is back systems up, then that's the right product. If you want to have a system that enables DR, Zerto is the way to go because that can stream data on the go. You can use Zerto for backup too but that's not really it's primary function.

Zerto and Veeam are IBM products only?

No, they're not IBM products - Veeam and Zerto are separate companies.

How is Zerto offered on IBM Cloud? Not showing it as part of a catalog service offering?

It's offered as part of the VMware Solutions - so you will see it under the VMware solutions rather than generally in the catalog

I understand that. ZERTO on IBM Cliud is not really offered on IBM Cloud? Thought there was some partnership with IBM Cloud offerings.

OK, when you use Zerto, you are using the Zerto service and yes, they partner with IBM Cloud to ensure that their service is fully integrated into the IBM Cloud for VMware Solutions services.

Why IBM has two kind of Infra 1. VPC and Classis. Some time I get confuse (although I know now) If I have to provision a VSI/

Great question. Well, 'Classic Infrastructure' is the term that we now use for the services that were formerly known as 'SoftLayer'. This is a great environment but not quite as fast provisioing or as flexible as VPC. We developed VPC, based on brand new infrastructure and architecture so that it is more flexible, faster to provision and in many ways, easier to use as well.

Is the network that hosts this Global IP addresse space the same network that IBM internals would refer to as the Softlayer underlay network?

Yes, what that slide is really showing is the Private, Public and Management network in IBM Cloud

I was teach that subnet is partitionnig a N/w. Now we have three types of Subnet. Why? It is gettimng more amore complicated. is'n t it ?

These are the three types of network that exist in IBM Cloud. Effectively we have a Private network (for connectivity within the cloud itself), public network (for internet traffic) and a management network that is used by IBM to manage services

Is VLAN the same as a VPN? Thanks

No it's not - a vLAN is a virtualised local area network, whereas a VPN is a Virtual Private Network, which typically spans locations.

concepts from this Jam session will be userful ... or do we have any specific documentation or sample exam to take the certification IBM Certified Advocate - Cloud v2 - Code: C9003700

There are some concepts in this Jam session that are useful but that is a different exam. To study for that exam, check out the specific course which you can find at  ibm.com/training/cloud and you can find other study material for it on the IBM Cloud Prep App which you can find at https://ibm-cloud-prep.yourlearning.ibm.com

    What is Classic Infrastructure?

This is infrastructure (virtual machines, bare metal servers, related networks and appliances) that were originally known as 'SoftLayer' until a few years ago.

Hi I am going to do my first cloud certification , can you please suggest which certification i should do first?

Hi. IBM Cloud Advocate would be a great place to start.

    https://yourlearning.ibm.com/activity/PLAN-F84516253EF8

Did it means Drect link is not for VPC infra ? Itis solely for Classic ?

Direct Link Classic services are for linking into Classic Infrastrcture services. Direct Link 2.0 (dedicated and Connect) should be used with IBM Cloud VPC solutions.

How many VPCs are allowed per account?

If there is one, I can't see a published limit in the documentation. If there is a limit, it will be a soft limit which can be raised. I know there used to be a soft limit on the number of VSIs that you could create in a VPC of 100 but this was a soft limit - partly to protect against misconfiguration of autoscalers!

IBM Cloud Technical Advocate will be my first IBM certification, if everything goes right! It's a little offtopic rn, but, any advice?

Be sure to use all the study materials we will be providing at the end of the event and good luck!

Complete the Technical Adovcate learning path (including study guide and assessment), utilize the study material through the Cloud Prep web app: https://ibm-cloud-prep.yourlearning.ibm.com/certifications/ibm-cloud-technical-advocate, and continue with this study jam!

i am curious, Is the Bring Your Own Appliance service for network gateways only available in Classic infra? or avail in both Classic and VPC? (i have never used this feature myself, i have only stood up Juniper firewalls , Fortigate firewalls, and Vyatta firewalls)

It's a classic infrastructure service - essentially you order an 'appliance server' which is a bare metal server with a particular specification and install your own software. You can also do this in VPC - you can order a VSI and then put your own image (or rather an appliance image) on it - I've worked on this with a partner in the past.

Is VRF == Routing table ?

    essentially, yes.

Virtual routing and forwarding (VRF) IP technology allows users to configure multiple routing table instances to simultaneously co-exist within the same router.

Is public gateway is same as internet gatways?

A Public Gateway is attached to a VPC subnet to allow VSIs connect to that subnet access to the internet

For example, if you want your VSIs to use an update server but don't want to attach a Floating IP address to that VSI (which then makes it addressable from the internet), putting a Public Gateway in will allow those servers to access that update site and pull updates without being exposed directlly to the internet

    Are ACLs stateless?

    yes

so if you create an inbound rule, you also have to create the corresponding outbound rule (unless you have a rule that allows all outgoing traffic). Security groups work the other way around, they are stateful, so if you say create a rule that allows TCP traffic in on port 80, it automatically creates the corresponding rule to allow the reply to the same origin IP address

Floating IP used to be IPv4. Right? So I learnt that IPv4 is running low so how IBM is proving IPv4 for a VSI ?

Yes, they are IPv4 addresses. They are running low - or rather there are a finite number which are available, so at a point in the future, the world will run out or need to recycle those addresses. We don't automatically provide external IPv4 addresses to servers, the owner needs to order them and each one is chargeable.

How do you differentiate between IBM Event Stream and IBM MQ?

So, MQ is a Queing System, Event Stream is a streaming service.... Consider queue system. like IBM MQ, for: Exactly once delivery, and to participate into two phase commit transaction Asynchronous request / reply communication: the semantic of the communication is for one component to ask a second command to do something on its data. This is a command pattern with delay on the response. Recall messages in queue are kept until consumer(s) got them.

Consider streaming system, like Kafka, as pub/sub and persistence system for: Publish events as immutable facts of what happened in an application Get continuous visibility of the data Streams Keep data once consumed, for future consumers, for replay-ability Scale horizontally the message consumption

When do you use Events vs Message queues?

this is quite a good site that should answer that question better than I can, based on the charater limit I have :) https://ibm-cloud-architecture.github.io/refarch-eda/concepts/events-versus-messages/

What kind of job can you get from IBM by taking this exam?

Jobs that require or prefer foundational or early experience in Cloud.

    Question

    Answer

I tried Bookinh another exam with 50offICCT Code - it did not allow - it seems it allow only once

Yes, it only be used once per learner.

any possibility to allow for another exam ?

The discount code is limited to one per user.

Dev, Sign in to your Pearson VUE account and register for the same ICCT Cloud exam* that you previously didn't pass. Checkout using this promotion code to retake the same ICCT exam for free: ICCTSecondChance. *Note: This promotion is only valid for the most recent version of the ICCT Cloud certification exams.

Is the discount code limited to 1 time use per user?

Hi Michael, yes, the discount code is limited to 1 per user.

questions which discussed in session are those are real exam questions?

The questions covered are related to the content covered in the exam but they are not the same as the exam questions.

Hi! can you please suggest the practice papers for the exams.

There is a lot of helpful information here. https://community.ibm.com/community/user/cloud/discussion/study-jam-discussion-for-ibm-cloud-technical-advocate-2022-1?ReturnUrl=%2fcommunity%2fuser%2fcloud%2fcommunities%2fcommunity-home%2fdigestviewer%3fcommunitykey%3d91385fc5-23be-484a-93de-4cd9dd371302#bm4a2eb73b-a66a-4b73-898e-abe635590956

You can also find study preparation materials on the learning plan. https://yourlearning.ibm.com/activity/PLAN-1F9C0899BFA7

The browser is timing out. You can clear your cache in your browser and retry or you can try a different browser. On a Windows PC,  PearsonVUE's site seems to work best on Microsoft Edge.

Edge did work but the code did not. Sorry, '50offICCT' does not appear to be a valid coupon code. I don't want to miss any more info so I will try again later if you can tell me what I'm doing incorrectly.

The 50offICCT discount is valid when registering and scheduling an exam on https://home.pearsonvue.com/ibm

Am I right that ther will be assigned a badge for participating in the study jam ?

We will share more information about the badge at the end of the session.

I am at the checkout for IBM Cloud Advocate exam + retake when I get the error.

The discount is not applicable to the exam with retake. You can only use the discount code at https://home.pearsonvue.com/ibm

    What's VSI?

Hi Rajat..... VSI + Virtual Server Instance.....

That should be VSI = Virtual Server Instance :)

Can we get the all three days presentation today please? I am plannig to book exam for weekend.

We will provde the slide decks for all 3 sessions later day, after the session is over.

What is the last date to apply for exam

Vijaya, although there is no due date for the exam, the 50% off promo is while supplies last, you may want to book your exam pretty quickly.

I failed this exam in April. Would next attempt count as second?

Yes, Sign in to your Pearson VUE account and register for the same ICCT Cloud exam* that you previously didn't pass. Checkout using this promotion code to retake the same ICCT exam for free: ICCTSecondChance. *Note: This promotion is only valid for the most recent version of the ICCT Cloud certification exams.

I can't find a way to modify my name after I registered. In Louisiana, they put our middle name on our drivers license. I did not register using my middle name. When I tried to shedule my test, it said if they do not match, I will not be able to take the test.

I recommend you reach out to Pearson VUE for support with this, https://home.pearsonvue.com/Clients/IBM/Customer-service/Exams-Delivered-in-Test-Centers.aspx

    What is serverless computing?

Serverless computing is a model where developers can just get on and code and not worry about the infrastructure or servers that it's going to run on - that infrastructure is 'just there'. Examples in IBM Cloud are IBM Cloud Functions and IBM Cloud Code Engine.

What is a real life example of a Microservice?

So one microservice might be a payments microservice. This is a self-contained function that takes payments and does it really well. So rather than code a payments service every time you need one, creating a payments microservice means you can use that great payments app with lots of applications, with out the need for more code

...and, are all Microservices considered Cloud-Native?

Generally, yes.... so long as that microservice runs in a cloud environment. Cloud Native services are basically those that are built in the cloud, run in the cloud and more generally, take advantage of other cloud services around them

Can I request and write exam after Oct 10th Because I already applied for Google cloud Proffesional Architect exam ?

There is no due date for the exam, though the 50% off promo is while supplies last and you may want to book your exam pretty quickly.

Yes, when you register for the exam you can select the date and time that are best for you. Good luck on the exam.

Can I request and write exam after Oct 10th Because I already applied for Google cloud Proffesional Architect exam ? What is the last date to apply for exam

Yes, when you go to the PearsonVue website, you can schedule your exam date to suit you, based on their availability. Note in most cases, you can either take an exam at an exam center, or at a suitable location of your choice.

Are Microservices available in the IBM Cloud Catalogue, or is is a function or something that the Cloud Developer creates to solve a need?

Generallly, developers create microservices - so they will write code as a microservice and typically deploy that microservice to run in a container environment such as Kubernetes or OpenShift.

Can we have more than one application inside a container?

yes, you can.... though you should limit them as much as possible and remember that containers are unstable - they can fail. So if a container fails that has lots of apps / services in it, all those apps will go.

by the way, when I say "unstable" part of the the orchestration manager's job (i.e. the job of Kubernetes) is to make sure there are enough instances of a container running to avoid actual outages..... ;)

    Ingress is for Kubernetes

Is Kubernetes future very green? hearing many failure storeis on Kubernetes implementation? What is your thought on it?

I think it's safe to say that Kubernetes will be with us for a long time. It has hundreds if not thousands of people working on it as a project, as well as the backing of many major players, such as IBM, Google, Microsoft and more. Plus, a growing number of workloads are being deployed on Kubernetes - probably in the tens of thousands and that's growing too. It's not an easy technology to master - which is where OpenShift helps - but it's going to stick around for a long time, I think

We should understand OpenShift like a layer uppon kubernetes orchestrator?

Yes, OpenShift has Kubernetes at its heart but OpenShift provides a lot of enterprise-grade management tools that Kubernetes doesnt have, and users need to then build into their operations stack

Is kubernates a logical platform for containers deployment OR is it a physical structrure supports container deployment?

It's software built on a physical base.. it essentually helps you to manage the orchestration of container workloads across your Kubernetes cluster.

how are OS virtualised in containers?

They're not, which is why they are so much more lightweight than virtual machines. Basically, all a container has in it is the application code and any libraries and other dependencies it needs to run. This doesn't include an actual operating system.

    • I registered for exam using the 50% code.  So $50 instead of the $100 exam. So the first attempt is cost $50.
    • But now that the second chance offer is available, to take advantage of it, would I need to cancel and redo my registration?
    • I see the second chance cost twice as much ($200 instead of $100). So the 50% would apply to $200 and the two attempts would cost $100?
    Thanks!

    Hi Vinay,

In this instance, since you've registered for the exam with the 50% off promo code, Second Chance Promotion is to be used in the case you are unsuccessful with the first exam taken with 50% off.

You would complete these steps in the case you are unsuccessful with first exam:

    1. Sign in to your Pearson VUE account and register for the same ICCT Cloud exam* that you previously didn't pass.
    2. Checkout using this promotion code to retake the same exam for free: ICCTSecondChance.
