  • 1.  Cloud account creation failure

    Hi, 

    After I created an account and logined into IBM cloud portal, I'm constantly asked to put further information, which I'm find with.

    However, the payment information section cannot be loaded!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I cannot continue without putting my payment info. If I click on the "X", it will log me out!!!!!!! I checked the console, and there're some errors happening. Please ask your dev/devops team to fix it ASAP. I cannot even use the account I just created.

    Hello Jiuru,

    Thank you for using IBM Cloud! 

    Have you tried clearing the cache or using a different browser?   Looks like the screen shot shows Chrome, you can try Firefox or Safari if you like.

    And on a side note, we'd like to ensure your personal data is secured and not available in public sites.  Although it was helpful to identify the potential problem, would you be able to delete the screen capture that contains your email address and physical address from the above inquiry?

    This has nothing to do with firefox. I've been trying to solve the same problem for months, but no one is helping.
