    I can't upgrade my account I get a credit card authorization error is there anyone who can help with this?

    I am facing similar issue and i tried everything. It seems like is no due to mismatch data. It is due to the account name. It get reject if you have middl eastern name. IBm has more prejudice than the airport

    This occurred to me as well. You should contact them at verify@us.ibm.com, they are equipped to assist in addressing the issue you're facing. They asked for a two-hour timeframe that would be optimal for a phone conversation. I responded immediately, stating that the current moment would be the most suitable. Much to my satisfaction, they reacted swiftly by placing a call straight away.

    FYI.... I was getting the same error message as you while using a few different cards, so I emailed the verify email address and they replied, "the upgrade of your account is not being successful because the system is detecting the use of an anonymizer on your internet connection." I've never heard of a VPN being called an "anonymizer", but I shut it off, registered again and it went through no problem.
