I remember a few months back that Offering Management was considering TM1 Web PASS that would be part of the websheet services within PAW.

Is this still on the road map for Planning Analytics.

Paul, can you clarify the question a bit more?

Are you asking if PASS will be delivered via the PAW installation materials as opposed to the PASS install kit?

Given the difference in platform support, I'd expect the answer to 'no' in general, though it is important to point out that when you install CP4D PA with PAE, you get the full set of PA services within the Cloud Pak addon as a single action.

ex: Moving inside the PAW deliverable would raise some interesting questions about the Windows native service edition of PASS, which is heavily used.

Suppose I'm interested to hear more too :-)

    Hi Ted,

    Hope all is well, Ted!

Currently, there are many clients still using TM1 Web on cloud. One of the concerns with moving from TM1 web on cloud to PAW on cloud is how websheets come across to PAW including all the widgets and action buttons. It was suggested that there maybe PASS for TM1 Websheets that would allow those websheets to hosted with PA on Cloud.

There are many clients that could benefit from moving off to TM1 Web. PAW is the go forward strategy as such I wanted to see what can be done to help with the TM1 web to PAW conversion as part of adoption of better PAW with PA on Cloud.

Ah, so the question is more about Websheets in Workspace vs the TM1Web portal. Is that really a deployment question or is it more of a UX and features conversation? For SaaS the former should matter little (since IBM manages the deployment regardless of 'how').
