    Hi community,

My client is experiencing issues with the TM1 application today. They are using TM1 Contributor and everything was working fine until yesterday.

Yesterday, we tried to increase the volume of the C drive from 100 GB to 200 GB. The actions I performed were:

    • Shut down the server
    • Backup of the system disk
    • Increase of the system disk size while the server was offline
    • Restart the server
    • Server update
    • Expanded the C partition on Windows

However, I suddenly could not access the TM1 application page anymore, and it shows a "not found" error at http://pv-cogno-app-02:9510/pmpsvc/.

I checked if the TM1 Web is running, and both IBM COGNOS TM1 and the new TM1 Web Service are running. The TM1 Web is configured as described in this document: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-configure-tm1-application-web-connect-tm1-web-2092-ibm-planning-analytics-spreadsheet-services.

I understand that something may have been corrupted during the volume change, but I'm not sure what I can do to restore it. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!

if the heritage application server is truly running then its logs should indicate why pmpsvc isn't available. so, would look there, and also review it's associated server.xml, etc.
