  • 1.  Reverting Back to Initial/Default Cognos Security

    Hello,

    We migrated Cognos from C10 to C11.2 and noticed that all Cognos Analytics features are changed incorrectly over time (Analytics users can edit reports, Analytics Explorer cannot, etc.).

    Is there a way to "reset to default" all Cognos Analytics Capabilities?

    I tried AddSysAdminMember.sql but they just set the Administrator to group Everyone. I'm looking for set all Cognos Analytics Capabilities as default and will relocate all my users to the correct ones (Analytics Explorer, Analytics User, Analytics Viewer, etc).
