We have install cognos 11.1.7 on Windows server 2012 now we have successfully create data server connection for rest api for UAT purpose. we want to implement real time transaction balance amount which will be show in customer 360 is this case we want to make a JSON format API .
i want to know that first step is to create DATA server connection then we made a data module where we connect the API data connection on it and pull up our desire column table on it. next step is how we retrieve GET or POST response every time when customer view the report /dashboard of 360 customer the real time information can pull into it what is steps any guidance
