We have had three users in the last week who are suddenly unable to open the PAfE add-in in Excel 365 64-bit. They had been working fine and then the ribbon fails to load. It does not error or give any indication but the ribbon fails to appear. If I open the Com Add-in I can see the add in is ticked. The xll add-in has not changed and the excel version has not changed.
I have added and removed the following xll versions, 2.0.90.10, 2.0.90.11 and 2.0.91.10, and none work. If i either double click on the xll, add to the excel ad-in or open it from the File>Open option it does not load. Obviously multiple restarts have been tried.
Any advice on what to look for would be helpful.

One user re-installed excel to fix it but that is not a viable enterprise wide solution.
